Shoukin was waiting for some one to come by that he could spar, he sensed a strong being approaching so he waited meditating floating a litle above the ground

A boy no older than 19 stepped into the area followed by a cute girl about a year younger than he. His single, visible white eye focused in the one floating in the air. Possibly a psychic? he didn't know any other kind of person who had that ability.
"Hello," Shinsei said.
